Reunion

Today the long-gone sister finally returns home.

Suffocated in her heavenly castle,

she turns herself into sad tears,

falling into the arms of her older sibling.

Separated at birth,

torn between Heaven and Earth,

they couldn’t be more different.

Yet they are sisters from the same mother.

As each tear falls,

it turns into a heartbeat,

celebrating their eternal bond.

Because they both know they’ll meet again:

without rain there is no sea,

without sea there is no rain.
